Here's the answers to some of the questions you may have about staying at Primrose Cottage B&B.

Q. How do you deal with special dietary requests?

A. We ask all guests to let us know about dietary requests, at booking, at registration and on making their Breakfast Choices.

We always provide Gluten-Free, Vegetarian and Decaffeinated options; we are also pleased to accommodate other requests such as Bakers Yeast free, dairy free and so on.

We maintain an up-to-date list of the ingredients used and the notifiable Allergens contained therein. You can download the list here.

Q. Do you have Smoke Alarms?

A. Yes. Mains powered/linked smoke alarms are situated throughout the property, together with CO2 detectors associated with the boilers and fires.

Q. I’m not so mobile as I was, can I get around the B&B easily?

A. Unfortunately we do have a lot steps about the property as it is built on a slope. There are steep steps down to the main house and the Dining Room, all access to the gardens is via steps. Tamar View Suite is on the first floor, up a flight of external steps. The Stable Suite has steps down to the bedroom and stairs up to the lounge; even accessing the Garden Room Suite is over a high thresh-hold.

So, Primrose Cottage B&B is not suited to anyone with mobility needs.
